What should I expect to learn from EAVES BLIND?

Marianne has assembled the information to be presented so that a person with any level of understanding can learn. The Aficionado kit you will dive deeply into process and science to gain a “distiller level” understanding of flavor development without having to go to Chemical Engineering school to understand it.

Can I ship my kit to my PO Box?

Unfortunately we cannot ship EAVES BLIND kits to a PO Box, due to the legal requirement that the recipient be present with a valid photo ID proving legal drinking age.

Is it all whiskey?

We see your whiskey, and raise you Bourbon. All of the unique Eaves Blended Samples as well as the curated single barrel expressions will all be single source Bourbons.

What is a curated water sample?

Each single barrel that Aficionado members receive will be matched with a sample of water from various sources that best compliment its character. This is meant to be used to dilute the single barrel sample to change your perception of the flavors. There will be specific instruction on how to dilute and what you may perceive at different levels of dilution. This is why a dropper is included in the Aficionado kit to ensure you can follow the dilution ratio to have a new palate experience.

When will I get my kit?

What if my samples are broken?

We have designed very sturdy packaging, but if your sample does arrive damaged please contact hello@eavesblind.com and we will arrange for shipment of replacement as soon as possible.

Can I ship my kit outside of the US?

Unfortunately we cannot ship EAVES BLIND kits to any country other than the United States at this point. We hope that we will be able to accommodate our international fans in the future!

I’m on the waitlist, when will I hear if I am accepted in to purchase a kit?

BLIND hopefuls will be informed by email if they are admitted to purchase. We hope to maintain exclusivity for members, so if you are not admitted for our 2023 program, we hope to grow and see you back in 2025!
