Say Hello to Eaves Drop, a new oferring from Kentucky’s First Female Master Distiller, Marianne Eaves. Giving anyone the opportunity to Eavesdrop in on an untold story, a little known chapter in bourbon history.

What is a single barrel? Each barrel selected for this program is a rare, unrepeatable masterpiece. The unique flavors found in these special casks will not occur again.

At the moment there are three sources to choose from, as the program grows the sources will expand across all nine climate regions of the US!

You have 2 options for proof selection and pricing:

  1. The purest expression of a barrel, unfiltered and cask strength - $54/bottle when you commit to buy the entire yeild of your barrel (estimated at 180-200 bottles).

  2. A thoughtful addition of water - Marianne will pick a proof (90-99) that she believes your barrel taste and experience is best - $47/bottle when you commit to buy the entire yield of your barrel (estimated 200-250 bottles).

Marianne Eaves has pre selected these special barrels so there are no “bad eggs” to choose from. To select your barrel you have three options:

  1. Get yourself to Lexington, KY and select in person with Marianne in her office downtown.

  2. Have samples shipped to your home and select with Marianne over ZOOM.

  3. Put your faith in the Master Distiller. Using the guidance of your preferences Marianne will pick your barrel for you and sign every bottle. This option you will be expedited in the production cue, and likely your will recieve your barrel sooner.

In order to start the process you are required to confirm we can ship to your state (see below for list of excluded states), and put down a $5,000 deposit on your barrel.

We can NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts, South Dakota or Utah.

If for some reason you must cancel your order you will be refunded 80% of your deposit if you have not selected a barrel, if you have selected a barrel and it has been moved from storage you will receive a 60% refund, if the barrel has been bottled you will only receive a 30% refund as the bottles will have to be reworked and resold.
