Color has a tremendous impact on the way we perceive what we taste - in spirits and in whiskies especially, which is why so many brands add coloring to their products. Well in bourbon you can’t, but we still strive to focus your attention on what you taste and what you feel. The EAVES BLIND process intends to have you leave any preconceived ideas about color and indications of age, quality, etc at the door, and open your palate to new experiences and lots of growth!

As much as the flavors you taste are important, sometimes what’s even more important to how enjoyable a bourbon is - is how you feel what you taste. This sounds strange we know, but if you choose to become an EAVES BLIND member, all will be revealed!
